Syria's overseas minister visits Qatar as new government search regional and world diplomatic ties

Syria’s new overseas minister met together with his Qatari counterpart and Qatar’s top minister in Doha on Sunday, as Syria’s new de facto government underneath Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, or HTS, determine diplomatic ties with regional and world governments.
